Poor signal on COM5 Multiplex from Preseli transmitter. Channels 11, 17, 19, etc. Signal strength 99-100% but signal quality zero-5% Other multiplexes have no problems.
My postcode SA62 6QH
Large aerial in roof space has been satisfactory for years, and other multiplexes are fine.

G H Martyn:
Apart from the fact that the transmitter is having Planned Engineering (see post just before yours) which will probably exacerbate the problem, you aren't predicted to get the most reliable reception of the COM multiplexes in your locale.
However, you are also surrounded by a number of mobile phone masts (within 1km of you) and some of these may recently have upgraded (or maybe even a new mast) to use the 700MHz band.
This can cause interference to DTV signals. You should have received a postcard from Restore TV.
See https://restoretv.uk/post…ure/
I would contact Restore TV for a Free Filter.
If you have any aerial pre-amp and/or splitter to feed more than one TV, the Filter must be fitted BEFORE the amp.
Do let us know how you get on.
