Melody: Its quite impossible for anyone to assist unless you provide your location, this in the form of a post code or one from nearby (a shop / pub etc) as the signal levels expected in your area cannot be assessed without this info, plus you may even reside in a Freeview "light" area where only PSB services are broadcast. (PSB being BBC / ITV1 / HD)

I suffered interference on all channels which weren't BBC (e.g. ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 etc.). A retune has now meant that I've lost all those channels. I live in Hastings Old Town.

Why do you continue to use the word FREE?
In the UK you have to have a BBC TV License to watch tv on any channel from anywhere in the world. So not FREE as the Licence costs over 150. per year. Surely you are aware of this? Please correct this as what you are saying is not true.
IF YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BBC FOR THE PRIVALAGE THEN IT IS NOT FREE?
FREE MEANS WITTHOUT COST!
May i suggest you rename yourselves UK FREETV ( Except for the TV License fee)

nigel jay:
This isn't the Freeview website! It's an independent help site for people with reception and technical problems.
In any case, your point is probably best addressed to your MP ;)
