Used to have 4/5 on CH55 from (MUX2 -- ITV1, Ch.4, etc.). Barely working today. Maybe my has been twisted by the strongs winds earlier this week.

is there a number to ring and complain about this so called work. our television is impossible to watch at times. freezes and sometimes breaks up.its like watching norman collier tv.we have had engineers out and its got them puzzled.our is as strong as it can be. all they can advise is to switch to free sat.

Hallo - I was wondering if someone could me out. I used to have great , including HD , but since the works on in Jan the of my reception has decreased dramatically & I no longer receive some channels (all of the HD channels & mux C). I notice the current works state that tv should be working normally, but this doesn't seem to be the case & hasn't been since the start of Jan. Does anyone know if there has been a change to the that requires me to alter my equipment, for example my ? Or should I just hang fire until the engineering works are over & see if the reception improves? I haven't added any equipment that could have caused & I have tried wiping the & then rescanning, to no avail. Many thanks in advance.

Checked out that information, but none of that would seem to apply. Always had good , now zero signal strength, from HD . Signal for HD has gone all together, is it just me. I'm up at Eighton Banks and have line of site to .

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
