I'm currently having issues with channels transmitted from Winter Bill via Mud PSB2 (D3+4)
The program information provided on these channels is giving wrong details.
The issue is also causing EPG problems with messages of No Event Information or completely blank channel information.
Issue also stops video recorders from recording g programmes from these channels.
Issue is on a Sony Bravia TV and two Panasonic recorders.
Can someone please look into this.
Other than this, it's great service.

Hi there. This is a free technical help-site so we can't fix anything and the broadcasters or transmitter and other engineers are not likely to see the posts here.
However what we can say is that the problem you are seeing is more widespread not just affecting Winter Hill as I've seen a couple of other reports elsewhere.
If the problem is still continuing, the best solution would probably be to Phone ITV and Phone Channel 4 and ask them to report the problem to their engineering teams. There is no other direct line of contact with the Commercial operator engineering teams.
