Since a parent frequency change to the transmiter we have been unable to receive any tv channels since 1/11 /18

Mrs c clarke: The Hope under Dinmore transmitter changed frequencies on 31st October, so have you retuned since then? If retuning hasn't restored your channels then you should contact the Freeview Advice Line (see link below).
