Badeeia:

It would appear that transmission of this channel has ceased, at least for the present. It not not recommended that you retune in an attempt to find it.

J Tindley:

Are both the TV sets the same model? If not, do they both have DVB-T2 tuners built in? An 'HD Ready' TV does not normally have such a tuner and that is thwe type needed to receive COM7 services (even if they are not all in HD format). The User Manual would normally tell you that information. If it is not available then could you tell us the full model numbers of both sets, identifying which does not get the COM 7 signals. Then we could look for the manual and specification.

Having problems receiving TV programmes on UHF channel 22 and 23. Sometimes we get a 'No Signal' message for BBC1 and BBC2 etc on channel 23 and also 'No Signal' for Sky News on channel 22. Are there any engineering works on the transmitter taking place or reduced power on these channels?

Hi,
Getting very poor signal on London Live on Freeview (Channel 29) and BBC4 HD on COM7 has gone. Signal on BBC1 and 2 (HD and SD) not at 100% quality or strength.
Slightly weaker on Channel 22 (Pick, Dave etc). I have had similar trouble before. Could it be the strong winds and rain affecting the signal?

Myself and my parents who live locally to each us are having problems with sound cutting out on hd freeview channels, bbc1 is defiantly affected. We live about a mile from each other and both have different models of Samsung TVs. The sound seems to cut out randomly and is resolved template rally by changing the channel up down. Is anyone else having this problem which has only started in the last few weeks?

Matt: We could do with a location, but if the sound is cutting out a little every so often, look what the picture is doing at the same time. If the signal is too high or too low, then the signal will 'cut out' for a fraction of a second. HD can be particularly probe to this.

You can check signal level by looking in the setup menu (look at the manual). And check your tuned to the correct transmitter.

I'm getting a weaker signal on Ch23 (BBC1 and 2) which is only at 60% not full signal quality, and Ch22 (Pick, Dave) etc
COM 7 (BBC4 HD) says No Signal and the best I usually get is 30-40% strength/quality. Also Ch30 (BBC1/2/ITV/C4) are weaker.
Theres no work being done on the CP tramsitter so I dont understand why the signal is weaker.
