Well have done a re-scan as I've been instructed, and the signal isn't enough to get anything. Yesterday it was fine.
Now my signal is 'poor'.
Am trying another re-scan to see if that sorts anything.
Any ideas why I can't get my channels?

No signal in Hull today 03/08/11 10:07am. We live in flats with a new arial, plus revieved all digital channels, with a perfect signal before the switch over. Anyone else having problems?

James: You will need to retune to continue receiving BBC channels, but other channels should still be fine as they haven't moved.
If you're using a communal aerial, the system may need adjusting for the new channels and signal levels - contact your building manager or landlord. It's possible that this work is currently being done.
If you're using a booster, try disconnecting it, as it may now be getting overloaded and distorting the signals.

Yeah I know about the switchover and already use digital TV. After another scan most of the channels have re-appeared. However at least BBC1 and BBC2 are still not working.

Rachel: Is your equipment on the TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice list?
If not, I would think you may have a booster or amplifier. If you do, you will need to disconnect it from your system.
If you don't, you may need to fit an attenuator - these cost about a fiver.

Rachel: ALL the BBC channels in Louth Lincs are not working since the switchover. I re-scanned 3 times already and no change, all the BBC channels are very weak and cracks up a lot.

Is BBC ONE HD not classed as a freeview channel. Have done my retune and all seems ok as I had no Beeb channels at all before doing so.
