Everthing was working just fine a few hours ago and then the box displayd a msg sayn the there was "". i did a rescan and was missing the majority of the itv and also sky sports 1 & 2 - i am using a indoor which is placed near a window and i live in bedfordshire - can you?

I lost my sky sports 1 & 2 a few hours ago i did a rescan and found the mahority of channels apart from itv & sky sports - i have an indoor it is placed near a window and my post code is lu11ll cn you?
