Peter Henderson: No, it would not.

Firstly, they are text services, and use very little bandwidth.

Secondly, they belong to Teletext Ltd, and the primary legislation allocates 5% of Multiplex 2 to the "national teletext operator".

Thirdly, Multiplex PSB2 is for non-BBC services, also by primary legislation.

eric muir: The BBC National DAB is a UK-wide single frequency service. It cannot carry different programmes in Scotland.

Des Collier: It could be, it would seem a useful facility. The BBC HD channel carries a test card in HD when the channel is not "on air".

Rick Marsh: ITV only supply ITV1HD with limited regions, and your region is not one of them (as shown at the top of the page).

You will have to return to "3" to get your local news.

Graeme : No, ArqB is not on full power until next year, and will even be on a reasonable power level until 16th Nov 2011.
