drew: I'm not sure there are any TV sets that can do this, but the Humax FOXSAT-HDR Freesat device provides this facility.

How to receive Freeview on your PC

Dave Wood: I'm a bit confused. The card must be recognised by Windows if you can see the channels on the BBCA multiplex, surely?

mike: After switchover in September you will be able to get signals from Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove and Lark Stoke, but only Sutton Coldfield is predicted to provide you with the full six multiplex at the moment.

Rob: If you TV is connected to a dish then then no signal whatsoever comes from a terrestrial transmitter, but from a satellite over Africa.

As I said, you need a ROOFTOP aerial for Freeview reception, and if you are "waving" your aerial around, you clearly don't have one.
