k wild: Cefn Mawr has been providing digital services since Wednesday 25th November 2009, and you should, with a rooftop aerial, be able to receive the services from it 100%.
So, yes, I would check your aerial is pointing the right way.

David: There is no Dolby Digital on Freeview HD, due to the provision of Audio Description.
