Jamie: If you have problem when it rains, I would suggest you replace the aerial cable, as it will have water getting into it.
The best to use for Freeview reception
it satellite-grade coaxial cable.

Neil King: I can be very hard to fix this kind of problem, and any such action will invalidate your warranty.
You are correct, only one port has the power output to drive the Magic Eye device.

Geoff: Multiplex D has switched to be ArqB and has changed transmission mode, this means for some people the signal for the service has become to weak. If this is the case, you will probably have to wait until it moves to C48 on 14 Sept 2011.
C48 has to wait for multiplex C to be released from the Oxford transmitter on that date.
