AJ Southam: There is currently planned engineering work taking place at Rowridge. Rescanning causes most TVs to delete their existing channel list before scanning again and listing the channels that are found at the time of the scan (some TVs do this automatically overnight), so any channels which aren't found won't be listed. Check for any loose cables or connections then rescan again periodically and the missing channels aren't being affected by engineering work.

Anne Moorley: There is planned engineering work affecting the Sandy Heath transmitter this week. Do not attempt to retune whilst you have no signal as you risk deleting all of your correctly tuned channels.

graham stevens: According to the post above yours there is currently planned engineering work affecting the transmitter. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Chris.SE: I'm seeing loads of spam, this page in particular seems to be heavily targeted. I'm also still having to use the EE 4G SIM in my tablet to post comments as the site still appears to think my 500Mbps full fibre broadband is located in Turkey.

Paul: The posts above yours warn of engineering work affecting the Aberdare transmitter over the last few weeks. Unfortunately no completion date is given. It may be worth checking for any loose or damaged cables or connectors behind your TV which is a common cause of weakened signal, but do not attempt to retune.

Winter Hill (Bolton, England) transmitter
Monday 4 November 2024 2:59PM

Lynn Gradwell: The Winter Hill transmitter has been affected by planned engineering work over the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately no completion date is given. It may be worth checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV, which is a common cause of weakened signal and shows up more easily when the transmitter is running at reduced power during engineering work. Do not attempt to retune.
