Brian Butterworth published on UK Free TV Extrapolating from the Ofcom figures, today will see the 10,000,000th Freeview home.
Already the box connected to most televisions in the UK, and dispite a recent press release from Datamonitor, Freeview is now the most used television box in the UK. So unless there has been a massive and unreported downturn in the sales, Freeview is the primary digital TV box in ten million homes.
