The BBC had previously offered the complainant 100 on the grounds that TVL officers had committed trespassing when they visited the property. The head of revenue management added an additional 30 to the sum as a 'gesture of goodwill' after another 'possible' instance of trespassing - an amount that was judged to be 'inadequate' by the complainant.
