Are there any planned engineering works or unexpected transmitter faults on the Truleigh Hill (West Sussex, England) mast?

No problems on any service. BBC

UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

Over the past few weeks we keep getting the message on our DAB radios that the station (BBC Radio 4) is not available. It happened on Friday 24th February when your site shows that Truleigh Hill was off air for a few hours but I have just turned the radio on again on Sunday 26th February at 11.30am to find the same message and no reception. Please can you explain this. We are getting FM reception fine. Many thanks.

I have experienced the same rubbish signal as Ms Aubrey from the Truleigh Hill transmitter today and intermittently since early April.
I have an external aerial for my tuner which has served me well over several years.

Strangely, I receive a 90% signal on a DAB portable radio in an adjacent room.

When can we expect the restoration of the previous excellent signal strength?

It is now Monday morning and we still have the same problem. All our DAB radios are showing the same 'Station not available' message. There is no outside aerial which could be responsible so I suspect it is the Truleigh Hill transmitter that is causing the problem. We have now been without a signal for 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out?

Christine Aubrey & Mark Foxwell: You should report the loss of service to the broadcaster who's station you are trying to listen to. They will be able to get the transmitter company to investigate and resolve any transmitter fault. This website is not connected to any broadcaster or transmitter company and no one who posts here has any mean of investigating or fixing any transmitter faults.

I am receiving a full strength signal on all BBC channels since an hour or two ago.
