In the past 2 weeks Sandy Heath Ch 17 and Ch19 have had broken sound on most days, every other channel is perfect. Sandy have reported no problems and I have checked all connections and retuned even though all other channels are fine. Nothing fixes the Ch17/19 sound issue.

Both Really and Dave (17 & 19) are carried on the ArqA/COM5 multiplex. If I've understood correctly, all the other channels on ArqA are OK, so 11 Sky Mix, 31 E4 Extra, 36 Sky Arts, 40 Quest Red, 43 Food Network, and many others do not have the same issue.

Sandy Heath isn't currently listed for Planned Engineering, so on paper, everything should be operating as "normal".
Can you look in your TV Tuning Section for Signal Strength and Quality (or Error) % figures for the ArqA multiplex which is on UHF C36 from Sandy Heath?
