We occasionally have problems in RG42 with Mux2 channels from Crystal Palace (the strongest source).
Most of the time the signal strength is ~70 and error bit level ~1, but occasionally for a few minutes the signal will drop to ~50 or less and the error rate rises to ~4, which causes serious picture and sound break-up. Then it suddenly clears again.
The other multiplexes are fine when this happens.
Any thoughts what this might be?
