Seriously, if you want an answer, we need details like:
a) makes and models
b) how they get their signals
c) anything else that might have a bearing

john: Sony Movies Christmas, formerly True Movies, is only available on Local Multiplexes.
The Bluebell Hill Local Multiplex is on UHF channel 21.
It may be that the Local Multiplex is not available at your location.
We need your postcode to see the predicted coverage at your location.
You can see for yourself if you go to About us | Freeview and enter your postcode in the Coverage checker.

Chris.SE: Caldbeck Scotland, which is co-located with Caldbeck, has BBC B on UHF channel 21 and looks almost as good as Caldbeck from the given postcode - it's running at half the power of the Caldbeck BBC B.

MikeP: Yes Mike, it's a poor show.
They are different. "Liverpool TV" is on - you guessed it - L-LIV but L-MAN has "That's TV".
What's more, this:

shows both LOC1 (MAN) and LOC2 (LIV) moving from 56 to 24.
Confused? Not half!

Denis: But, assuming we aren't powering something, do we need a DC connection at all, given that the stray capacitance between the centre conductor and pin is a virtual short at these frequencies?

richard: The Coverage prediction for your postcode is good but assumes a group T aerial. Your current aerial is likely a group B, which will not now provide sufficient signal for BBC4 HD since the change to a higher band.
If you have no other way of getting BBC4 HD, you may qualify for a free replacement aerial.

Preece J: There is a trade-off between available capacity and the amount of error correction.
The more error correction there is, the easier it is to get the multiplex without error, but at the cost of available capacity.
The PSBs, BBCA and D3&4, have 1/3 of the transmitted data devoted to error correction, leaving 2/3 for actual services.
The COMs ARQA, ARQB and SDN have 1/4 of the transmitted data devoted to error correction, leaving 3/4 for actual services.
So, for example, BBCA has an available capacity of 24 Mbps (Mega bits per second) while SDN has 27 Mbps.
