since the winter hill retune in march 2018 i cannot receive any com 8 channels on my hd freeview box. I have tried retuneing the box 4 times and nothing so i tried a first time installation and it gave me 3 choices either watch northwest channels which was option 1 and 166 channels option 2 was watch com 8 with 24 channels which as freesports on or watch the welsh channels it won,t let me watch the northwest channels and the com 8 channels at the same time before the retune it had them all but the welsh. help please
