Hi. I've now carried out all of the diagnostics recommended here with no success.
The rooftop aerial is about 18 months old. The Bush Freeview box, brand new, does not allow us to re-tune manually.
Any ideas please?
Thanks!

Thanks for the response.
No boosters are attached. I don't think we need an attenuator. The Bush Freebox instructions tell us that, if receiving signal from more than one source, then we are given the choice to select the transmitter we want.
As we are given no choice of transmitter, I concluded that we are only receiving signal from the Killearn transmitter.
It's very frustrating as none of our neighbours are having any problems at all.
I'm beginning to think it's the rooftop aerial. It was installed by the council about 18 months ago, when work on the chimney damaged the original one.
Any other tips I can try?
Thanks!

Hi.
We live in post code G63 0BS.
Ever since the switch over we only get Mux 2 and not 1, A, B, C or D.
Bought new Bush Freeview box and scart lead.
I've trawled all of the help sites and done dozens of tips and advice, but no luck.
Any ideas please?
Thanks.
