Below are all of Briantist's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Conor: That's simply not true. Channel 5's regional arrangements are totally a business decision and have no need for licencing (unlike those on ITV, which do for competition reasons).
Channel 5 HD can be broadcast to the entire UK with no additional licence, and this is the case with the encrypted HD service that Sky viewers can watch.

Aerialman : As (now) shown above, multiplex PSB2 in the Channel Islands doesn't have ITV1+1, so this "slot" now carries ITV3.
