Malcolm Springett: As you see above, the Freeview HD signal is the lowest powered, so it will be the first one to disappear if you have the issue you describe.
Thanks very much for being honest about your diagnosis. There is no shame in finding and correcting the problem.

G J Anstey: The high data rate of the HD multiplex means that at the same "ERP" power level the service will stop working first if the overall signal level is effected by a cable short.

Keith Sheppard: You can't tell the group of an aerial just by looking at it, you need to see the colour of the plastic band.
Unless you have installed a specific wideband aerial you won't have a wideband aerial.
You will probably need a new aerial if you move it to point at Hannginton.

Jane: Some boxes have a RADIO/TV button on the remote and you need to press this to switch between the different "sides" of the EPG.
