The Brighton Central transmitter serves the area created by the shadow of a tower-block in the North Laine area.

A J Saddler: Before the final switchover date, Sky Sports 1 and 2 are carried on multiplex B; from the end of switchover they are on the ArqB multiplex.
This means you should experience no loss whatsoever, you have been misinformed.

MuxedUp: Well apart from the very clear "this means that the space for the three commercial multiplexes SDN, ArqA and ArqB have been reallocated into the effective "gaps". For this reason, the coverage of these multiplexes is much like the three most powerful multiplexes before switchover" bit.

Janet White: A rooftop aerial is required for stable Freeview reception, indoor aerials are generally unsuitable.
