KatyP: If you share an aerial system with other flats, this is possible. If you suspect it to be the case, I would contact your Management Company and ask them to investigate for you.

J Hall: You will get the new service from the transmitter to which your aerial points, but as you have not provided a full postcode I can't be more specific.

john george nichol: I'm not quite sure what you mean by "distortion or overmodulation", but you should probably contact the radio station and let them know if you have a problem.

Phil W: You will get the public service channels with full-strength from 22nd February 2012, with all services becoming stable for you on 4th April 2012.
Until that point you probably will not get a reliable Freeview service, apart from Multiplex A.

Andrew: You are in a strong signal area, so you might need to remove the booster from your system for Freeview HD to work.
