wedge: There is no problms reported at Tacolneston by the live BBC system, but if it was 8am exactly then this might be part of the "TV (digital) Liable to interruption".

Roger Scales: I presume you have tried My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice on each, but I have a feeling that both the Thompson DHD4000 and Pace "Twin Digital" are prone to not working after switchover.

Dave: I doubt it as Southampton Today will no longer cover Brighton as part of it's remit when the transmitters change. Also, people will miss out on the new Local TV service, should it start.
