Andy: The Reigate transmitter is a very weak Freeview transmitter, so if you are missing multiplex C and D then you might find you will have to wait until Wednesday 18th April 2012 for the power to be increased.
If you were not using a shared aerial, then I would say try using the Crystal Palace transmitter - you will get a stronger signal from there.

phillip wigley: I don't recommend boxes, as I am not in a position to test them all, it would be unfair.
Other people have mentioned they rather like the Humax HD-FOX T2 - you can use your own USB hard drive or memory stick to record with it.

dan preston: If your aerial is pointing at more than one transmitter, your box will try to use them both. Crystal Palace is directly in line with the Hemel Hempstead transmitter from your location.
