Steve P: If you are not in the Liverpool reception area, you get Liverpool TV, unless I guess you are between a mast and that city.

Adrian Tobin: This type of problem can happen when you have some form of Dolby system enabled on your set/receiver/hifi but do not the required extra speakers (in particular the dialogue) one.
If you can see a "Dolby" option, turn it off.
