Jim F: Ofcom does not in any way licence BBC DAB services, the BBC owns its DAB multiplex outright.
The BBC provide the information to Ofcom on a co-ordination basis.
I will draw their attention to the points you raise.

Liz Newman: Alibi is a subscription channel, if you want to watch it, you have to pay.
