John Clemence: I've just checked with someone and they seem quite convinced they have South East today on digital cable in Brighton, but I will ask them to recheck tomorrow evening.

mr weet: No refund is due to your TV Licence unless you sell your TV set.
Digital TV more resilient to weather-based faults than analogue.
The current issue are planned engineering work, not faults.
