Nicci: Sorry to jump in here, but if you are using a communal aerial system, then you will be paying someone for this.
Normally if there is a problem you contact the "managing agent" for the building and ask them to repair the system for which you are paying.

Di Masters: This could be caused, in some cases, but the removal of interference from distant analogue transmitters as other regions switched over.
It is worth noting that all of the transmission frequencies actually changed at switchover.

Steve: Those dates are for Chesterfield and Sheffield, not somewhere you can get signals from.

Chris McManus: Mux 2 and Mux A have been in this state since 2003, this the normal mode of operation until switchover. See Two frequency interference
