Mark: Yes, but you will have to fit a quad-LNB to provide you with more than one output, and another cable.

Mike: You get the regional services from the transmitter your aerial is pointing at.
You are not predicted to have a reliable Freeview service until switchover for the Margate transmitter in 2012, so if you have any Freeview today this is above what is expected.
