You probably can't get the MEN multiplex with Channel M at your location as the signal is too weak.

Stix: I would have though you can just buy another Freeview box for the TV that isn't working, assuming it is connected to your rooftop aerial.

laura m: You could certainly try replacing your aerial "fly lead", otherwise contact whoever manages the building to check there is not a fault causing your loss of multiplex D3+4.

Also try this My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

Ben: Yes, just connect the aerial to the Freeview HD box, rather than the TV.
