Phil A: As per the instructions, look for other devices that might be causing interference. Typically it is a Sky box or games console.

Rosie: A rooftop aerial is required for digital TV reception, and also a digital TV or a Freeview box.

Jean: You are not predicted to get any Multiplex 2 reception until switchover from Bluebell Hill next year, and not from anywhere at all until Roucefall and Sudbury switch on 20th July 2011.
If you have been getting a signal, it is more by luck than anything else.
You might want to consider Freesat as a fill-in service until the middle of next year.
