You do have another option, you can now get all Freeview services from the Nottingham transmitter, if you move your aerial to point at it.

Richard: Yes, Madingley has closed for TV transmissions.

jay: If you can't get the signal back for multiplex 2, then waiting until August and using Waltham is indeed the best advice for stable reception.
Your other option is to add Freesat to your system.
