Norma Hargreaves: You are not in range of any Scottish transmitters.
Your aerial should point South-Southwest (204°) at the Pontop Pike transmitter.

Mike Rowe: Yes, you will need a wideband aerial to receive Multiplex ArqB (also ArqA and SDN) from the Sandy Heath transmitter.

Geoff Bovingdon: I would get your aerial fixed, a rooftop aerial will provide perfect reception of all services at your location.
