Felicity McAndrew: Use an HDMI cable to connect the V+ box to the TV, or a SCART if you don't have one.
You do not then "tune" into the box, it will appear as one of the "direct inputs" to the set.

Sylvia: Yes, your dish may have been moved by the strong winds, and if you have checked everything else this seems the most likely option.
