Amy: Sorry, Sky3, Fiver, and Five USA are not free-to-air, you need a Sky box and a Sky card to watch these three channels.

RL519299: Sky use Astra 2A, 2B, 2D and Eurobird. You need to have access to all of these to have all the channels.

TonyH: Channel 4HD is not available in Wales, you get Cullin (S4C HD) instead.

James Turner: Why blame ITV? It is Sky that provides the regionalization service on 103.
This is done from your postcode, rather than from the transmitter for terrestrial services.
I would contact Sky and ensure that they have the correct address for your card.
Or, switch to Freesat, you can stick in any postcode you like.
