Below are all of Briantist's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Sorry about the re-sent (!) emails. When the server moved the connection to SendGrid wasn't working and it went into overdrive when it restarted. I managed to stop it after 69,000 emails.

MikeP I'm so sorry about the extra emails. I think they should have stopped a while ago.
I've fixed the system - at least I think I have - so that the changes for the 700MHz are showing up correctly.
Updates for 700MHz Freeview retunes, fixed all channels, new icons, radio fixes | free and easy

@Andrew Murphy Thanks for the feedback. I will look into sorting those issues out shortly.

@Andrew Murphy
Midhurt is fixed now. I had typed -48 into the system, not "48".
I'm going to look at the whole "Channel 4 in Wales" thing, I'm not sure the way it's done is the best.

Hi,
Just to let you know that I've finally gotten around to doing the several days work it sometimes takes to get this page back up to scratch.
Not only have I built a better checking system to make sure that all the strange problems with channel names being slightly different eveywhere.
I have also updated the format of the channel listings to a more pleasing format (I hope) and changed the inline-graphics for "icon fonts", which means you can zoom in and see no pixels.
I've also updated the Which BBC regions are on satellite? | free and easy page too to the new format.

M Lake: You need two things to get the channel: you need to be able receive the "com7" service and you also need to be able to see the HD channels (such as BBC One HD) as the channels on com7 use the same "DVB-T2' system.
68 True Crime and 69 True Crime +1 are only on Freeview in Manchester.
Freeview predictions need a full postcode, "GL52" isn't precise enough. Go to | free and easy and pop yours in.

Pete Forman: The problem with the Midhurt page is not that I don't know that it is showing changes that aren't due until later this year, but that fixing it and not breaking everything else on the site that links to the same data is very tricky.
There are at least 38 references to a table that has a flat structure of one-date-per-transmitter which is mostly true. The design of the databases that drive this site are now 17 years old in places. Making changes that don't break other things are tricky.

Marion : Sadly, the assistance scheme closed at the end of the digital switch-overs in 2012. The free equipment was to provide people with a service when the old analogue broadcasts finished.
