Aerialman: I suspect that is the reason for staying so far off the maximum levels.
They are using three frequencies per national multiplex.

PJH: no relays. The BBC have already said their streams will be duplicated on satellite.

It's OK, I've entered all the patterns.
They now show up on the relevant transmitter pages.

Mark: I think that Channel 5 balked at the cost of providing Channel 5 HD on Freeview to 98%.
IMHO, they might go for the cheaper option of 70% coverage from fewer masts.
