Ash: Thanks very much. You would have thought that Ofcom could keep on top of the actual details. The data is taken fully automatically from their "reference" without any manual interventions... perhaps I should email them?

William Sim: I would contact the box maker and ask them about the problem, it shouldn't do this (obviously).

Kevin: Very interesting... your rooftop aerial could be pointing at three transmitter you should be able to receive all the signal from: Mendip, Bristol Kings Weston and Wenvoe.

Rea: I would check to see if you, or the landlord, is using a booster. If there is one, you need to remove it.
