Ken: Digital UK also say you get Freeview Light from 20th July 2011, but you have to wait for the 27 June 2012 to get the full service.

pauline: It is possible that the dish has become misaligned from the satellites. You will probably need an engineer (with a satellite signal meter) to fix it.

Peter: Yes, you do appear to be on the fringe of reliable Freeview HD reception until switchover.

Nigel Moreton: It could be that your set does not support the HDCP encryption system, but you normally can see the SD channels and system menus, just not the actual HD content.
I would check in the Freeview HD box's settings that you do have the HDMI output enabled.
