John Mackie: It depends where you are, what is your full postcode?
A Freesat HD box will usually come with an HDMI cable, you can get them for about £6 if not.

Isy: If "Method 2" does not clear the problem, your dish may be misaligned, or your LNB is failing.

John Mackie: If your aerial points to Mendip, you are not likley to ever have a Freeview HD service, the signal is poor now for you from there and won't improve.
From Rowridge, Freeview HD starts on 21st March 2012.

I'm not sure quite why people can't see the "SUTTON COLDFIELD transmitter - Over the next week Sutton Coldfield main transmitter: TV (analogue) Liable to interruption, TV (digital) Liable to interruption" at the top of the page.

Richard: I think the best option is to get a Freeview or Freeview HD box from a store and use that with your set. Sanyo may, if you ask them, provide you with a box.
