Liz: The box will provide the English without a viewing to tell it otherwise. If you have a (" from Sky") card, you can ring Sky and tell them you live in Scotland.
If you don't, then you will need a fSfS card - call 08442 411 602 and they will sell you one for about £25.
Another option is to get a Freesat box, you can get these from about £30 - you enter your postcode as part of the setup. See Upgrading from Sky to Freesat
