Karl: I have to say that having both loft and rooftop aerials is a very strange thing to do. You would normally expect to just split the signal from the rooftop aerial to provide a cable and signal to each TV set in your house.
Loft aerials are poor for reliable Freeview reception.

Alan Howell: Assuming you have done a "factory reset" to your box, if you are missing a single channel (and not the whole multiplex) check the 800-899 channel range, it may have been placed there.
