Claire: First check your set is not on the TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice list.
If it is not, if you have any boosters or amplifiers then disconnect them from your syste, you may have too much signal now.

liam: All services from this transmitter are at their final output levels. I note you are not served by Ridge Hill so you can't really expect a service from there.
Your best option is probably Freesat if you want more than the three PSB multiplexes.
