Steve: This is a public service (or Freeview Lite) transmitter, and will only ever carry the services listed above.
You can move your aerial to point at Sutton Coldfield to receive all the services, should you want them.

Robin: No special aerial is required for Freeview HD.
You will not get Freeview HD without an HDMI connection, or the DVB-T2 decoder being built into the set.
