After I retuned my equipment as requested by your on screen message I can only get pictures but no sound on Film 4. no other channels are affected. is there a problem with your signal?

after the notice telling me to retune so that I could continue to recieve film 4 on channel 15 I retuned my digital box. now I can only get picture but no sound. no other channels are affected. Is there a problem with film 4s signal?
