Briantist the page you refer us to merely says that a retune will be necessary. I, and others, have explained that the problem is not rectified by retuning. The question remains.

Colchester
Film 4, ITV4, RT etc have disappeared for me too, near Colchester. I've wasting ages retuning everything several times, even reset to factory defaults. Reassuring to know it's not my set; I suppose we just have to wait till they sort the transmitter out.
