I keep getting what I think is signal loss. Sometimes its just a loss of subtitles and if I switch the subtitle button off and then on it comes back for a while. If I then retune the TV the subtitles sometimes come back.
At other times the whole channel goes. I have had the ariel checked and my next door neighbour has the same problem. From what little I know of communications it seems like a week signal but who is responsible?

I keep asking why my TV reception is so bad and I never find an answer. Could anyone please tell me what I need to do to get one?

I hope this is the correct place to send this but if not please let me know.
I am very hard of hearing and last night I tried to watch a program called "The Wall". After a short while I realised that I was not going to be able to understand a word because not only were there no subtitles the actors were incoherent.
There are close 13.5 % of people in Britain who are either deaf or very hard of hearing and its about time some consideration was given to them.

I would like to watch the Taggart program but I'm extremely hard of hearing and need subtitles which Taggart does not show. Why is this?

I posted a thread on what I think is poor transmission strength a few days ago but can't find what happened to it.
